The Spanish Association of Painters and Sculptors delivered last November 4 at 19 h. corresponding to the “Salon d’Automne 83” organized by this century-old institution, in a ceremony held in the Casa de Vacas Parque del Buen Retiro, works in the exhibition that runs until the end of November awards.
The opening ceremony of the exhibition, consisting of a total of 67 works, including the winning entries and selected, attended by the President of the Spanish Association of Painters and Sculptors, José Gabriel Astudillo, Vice President, Juan de la Cruz Pallares Garcia, Maria Dolores Barreda Perez, Secretary General, the other members of the Board of the same, as well as the sponsors of the event, such as Ana Rubio Pablos, Lucas Ferreira and Fernanda Cardama, Patrons of the Maxam Foundation, Javier Mercado Plaza, Department of Communication, Sponsorship and External Relations of El Corte Ingles; Anavel Munceles, Managing Director of interest and Juvenal Barrios, Manager InteresArte Director; Maria Luisa and Miguel Angel Codina, representing the Codina Foundry; José Luis Manzanares, Manager Tritoma Cultural Management; Teresa Ramos Grosso, Coordinator of Cultural Center Adolfo Suarez and Director of the Presidium Sala Raquel Alcázar, Councillor for Culture of the City of Getafe and Javier Romero, Technical Coordinator of Culture of the City of Getafe, Santiago de Santiago Hernandez, Jaime Galdeano, President of Honor of the Spanish Association of watercolors and Santiago Romero Vives President of the “More Hispano” Cultural Association. And members of the Jury: José Vicente Moreno Huart, Patron of the Foundation Maxam, Eduardo Naranjo, Alejandro Aguilar Soria, Javier Rubio Nomblot and Tomas Paredes.
But also they wanted to share an unforgettable evening with all Honorary Members Regino Mateo del Peral, Emilio Pina Lupiáñez, journalist and chronicler of Villa Angel del Rio, the Minister Counselor of the Embassy of Peru, Gabriela Porras, partners, selected come from every corner of the national territory especially for the Salon d’Automne, and public numerosísimo that made repeatedly had to close the entrance to the Casa de Vacas due to excess capacity.

The event was presented by the Secretary General of the AEPE, Mª Dolores Pérez Barreda, who addressed those present to remember that “the Spanish Association of Painters and Sculptors treasures 106 years of history. “The Board of Directors of the Spanish Association of Painters and Sculptors, meeting in regular session on June 21, 2016, unanimously agreed to grant the title of honorary member to Dña. ANA RUBIO Pablos, Patroness of the Maxam Foundation as recognition and sincere thanks to your support and personal involvement, for their dedication and for their trust in our institution, unshakable faith in the state, utmost cordiality and great willingness always shown when building bridges and closer ties between the Foundation Maxam, of which he is patron, and the Spanish Association of Painters and Sculptors “.
The President of the AEPE, Jose Gabriel Astudillo Lopez, gave the title of Honorary Member Ana Rubio Pablos, who spoke a few words of thanks in which he said he was “very honored by the honor bestowed upon him, and grateful for the designation will to continue to work and collaborate as closely as so far I’ve been doing. “

In this one way, we try to emulate the first Salon d’Automne, where all kinds of cultural activities were scheduled, and will complete with an interesting lecture by Christopher Leovigildo in this theater. ”
